2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1¼ cups self raising flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup stewed apple pieces, dried with cloth
Place all ingredients, except apple pieces, in a mixer bowl and beat on low speed for 3 minutes. Remove from mixer, and fold in apple pieces.
Grease a 20cm round tin and pour in cake batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
